Waiting Lists

At this point I am making a change in how we are doing waiting lists here. The policy will be that if you are interested in a certain animal, you just need to put that animals name in the subject line of an email, and send it over to me, along with a note on how many you would like, and any other relevant information. I will reply and give you an estimate of when the frogs might be available, and then at that point if you wish to be put on a waiting list, I will do so. No deposit is required, and if you are a returning frog customer, we will hold the frogs for you until they are nearly ready to be shipped, at which point we will contact you.

However, if you are some one I have not sold frogs to in the past, your place in the waiting list is subject to being bumped by any returning customer who wishes to purchase the animals. If you wish to avoid this happening, you can simply put a 50% deposit down for the order. Prior to your submitting the payment we will agree on a term within which I guarantee to deliver the animals, or if I am unable to, you will get a full refund of your deposit. Other wise the deposit will be completely non refundable, so consider carefully!
