Best times to call are between 9:30 am and 4:30 CST weekdays.  Calls placed during the evening and weekends are sometimes answered, and we may call back during these hours, but often return calls won't be made until the next business day.

Email is probably the most reliable way to reach me.  Emails regarding purchases and customer service issues will receive the highest priority, and in most cases are answered in a few hours, weekends and holidays excepted. (If you don't receive a response, I won't be offended if you resend the email, or call me regarding it, sometimes emails do get lost).  Emails regarding general questions will be most often be answered promptly if they are straight forward and require simple brief answers, but I find that I receive quite a few that involve a lot of writing, and these are sometimes never answered. This is not due to a lack of interest or willingness to discuss these things, but rather just the fact that I am often very busy keeping up with other more important matters.
