This kit includes all the materials you will need to make one hundred fruit fly cultures. The kit includes one hundred 32 oz clear Twinpak cups, 50 Polyfab lids (lids are prepunched with holes and covered with fabric- Freeze briefly between uses to avoid mite problems), and enough media to make 100 cultures. We also include excelsior wood shavings. This kit is intended for D. melanogaster flies, our hydei kit is basically the same but includes coffee filters instead of the excelsior. Kit includes no flies!!
